Ha beszélnie kell a háziorvosával, a szolgálatban lévő recepciós az üzenetét és elérhetőségeit veszi fel, és a hívását a lehető leggyorsabban visszaadja. Nem adhatunk meg időt arra, hogy az orvos meghívja Önt, mivel ez függ az orvos napi munkamennyiségétől - ha nagyon elfoglalt, a szokásos (nem sürgős) hívás visszaküldése 24-48 órát vesz igénybe.
Ha a szükséges tanácsadás sürgős, kérjük, jelölje ki ezt a recepciósnak, hogy a lehető leghamarabb beszéljen az orvossal.
Hogyan kaphatok vizsgálati eredményt?
Ha a műtéten végzett vizsgálatokat elvégezték, vagy ha kórházba kerülnek tesztelésre, akkor SZÜKSÉGES, hogy 7–10 napon belül az orvoshoz fordul az eredményekért.
A legtöbb visszahívás az ebédidőben vagy közvetlenül a műtét befejezése után történik a késő délután / este. Gyakorlati ápolónkkal kapcsolatba lehet lépni hétfőn, szerdán és pénteken 2: 00-2: 30 között a vérvizsgálatok / vizeletminták vagy tamponok eredményeiért.
